Printing Issues

There is a known issue with Hewlett Packard Photosmart printers and Impressario. Impressario is the print engine developed by Integration New Media. This is used by the software to allow use to create and print pdf files.

We were not aware of this issue until after the software had been created.

We are looking into this issue to see if we can solve it, although this is a problem between Adobe, Integration New Media and Hewlett Packard.

The status of this will be updated when we have further information.

Q. I am having trouble printing with my 'HP' printer, what can I do?
A. Please make sure that you have the latest drivers for your printer.
