Q. Why are the Hands with Wedding Rings and the Good Luck Ribbons on the Celebrations CD the wrong way round? A.
It has already brought to my attention that one of the Wedding Images on the Celebrations CD is in a reverse format.
I purchase licenced images from reputable companies and as such I trust them to be OK.
I have checked out the site again that I use and have noticed that a large majority of their wedding photos are showing the Wedding ring on the Ladies right hand.
I had not noticed that the ring was on the wrong hand.
Also the Horseshoe image on the Ribbons is upside-down, this was also from the same company as the Rings and this is how it was sent to me.
What I have done is reversed these images and re-done the Files, these are available in a Zip Folder in our download section.
Q. On my new Platinum disc the help file says there is a scroll bar to view the 25 images A.
Sorry this was a small error when we produced the CD we used the help file from the full version of the Card Creations CDs. On the Platinum version as there is a selection of 10 designs taken from the full versions so no scroll bar is required.
We apologise for this small error.
Q. I have the double CD version how do I view the rest of my images? A.
We brought out the two versions in CD or as DVD to offer all crafters the chance to have this amazing new compilation of card designs.
If you have the double CD version make sure you put Disc 1 in 1st and it will register your CD. The CD will auto load and bring up the main screen with five sections. The 1st 2 sections will load through your 1st CD but to access the last three sections the programme will prompt you to put disc 2 into your drive.
Just take out disc 1 and put disc 2 in this will bring up the last three sections.
When you select the exit button bottom right corner this will take you back to the main five section screen where you can choose a further title.
Q. How do I use the 'Open Decoupage Button'? A.
This button has been put on the CD to allow you to change the 3D decoupage sheets or the pyramid shapes that we created originally for you if you wish too.
Important, you can only use this section if you have installed the 3D2 CD onto your PC. Available from www.cardcreationsplus.co.uk.
This CD will allow you to alter or reselect how your card will look including the size of the card you wish to use.
