Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. An additional shipping charge will be made for orders outside the UK.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items will be shipped at the earliest possible date.You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling

A handling charge of £3.00 will be made on all orders to cover postage and packaging.
This charge is per order so if you order more than 1 item you will only be charged once. Bulk orders and orders that weigh over 3 kilo will be shipped by courier and we charge £7.00 for next day service. We do not make any profit on delivery we aim just to cover our costs and no more.

Delivery Schedule

If you order and pay direct through our Secure payment system we will dispatch your goods within 24 hours, using 1st class Royal Mail or a nominated courier service. The average time for delivery of the goods to you will be three days.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that you place an order for an item that is out of stock of we will inform you by telephone or e-mail to advise you and you can elect to either cancel the order or wait a few more days.

Tax Charges

The price you see in the catalogue is the price you pay. There are no taxes to be added or subtracted. Prices shown include VAT.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy

When paying for our products you can elect to pay by traditional means or use our secure online payment facility.
How secure? Unlike most Internet shopping sites we don't even see your credit card number! Worldpay is one of the two leading internet secure payment companies for further details visit them at www.worldpay.com.

Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy
We offer a 30 day refund policy. If you receive a product from us and you find that it is incorrect, do not open the item.
Please inform us immediately arrange for the product to be return to us. If you think that you have purchased the wrong product, or that the product is defective, we will refund you the purchase price provided that:

  1. The software is returned to us in an unopened, resalable condition.
  2. That you have not installed and registered the software with the manufacturer's.
  3. The software is returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please Note:

  1. If you have already installed the software and/or registered your details with the manufacturer's, we will not be able to issue a refund.
  2. Desktop and laptop PCs are exempt from this policy.

To receive a refund, simply send an email to paperselect@blueyonder.co.uk. The following information is required before we can process your refund:

  • The name of the product/s you are returning
  • Your reason for returning the product
  • Your full name
  • Your e-mail address and telephone number
  • Your Post Code

If you are returning your product for a refund because you have ordered the wrong product, you will be refunded the purchase price less a handling fee of £10.00.
